Ray Tan 譚天一

Ray Tan is a colourist and CG Artist based in Vancouver BC, Canada. Early in his life he started a journey of image crafting with film photography and later transitioned to digital. Moving from analog to digital mediums, he has developed a strong conceptual understanding of camera systems and industry-standard editing and 3D software.
A graduate of the Emily Carr University of Art and Design Film program, Ray has since developed his artistic and technical skills through years of experience crafting cinematic visuals for short films, documentaries, feature films and commercials. While colour grading has been the main focus of his work, Ray also specializes in 3D illustration and concept art working with a number of global high profile clients including Lenovo, Tencent and NetEase.
